Supply Chain Executive - Automotive OEM Division

About the role

The SCM Executive (Junior) supports daily supply chain operations in the automotive OEM division, including procurement coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics follow-ups and ERP documentation. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate records and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders and support RFQs
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and deliveries
• Support material planning and track daily shortages
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counts
• Coordinate inbound logistics and shipment tracking (ASN)
• Update ERP and Excel trackers and maintain SCM reports
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance and Engineering teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in SCM, logistics or procurement
• Strong communication, coordination and attention to detail
• Automotive or manufacturing exposure is an advantage

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP, MRP, inventory and logistics processes
• Use of Excel trackers
