Operations Manager – Luxury Travel Services

About the role

As Operations Manager at CharterHire you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of premium travel services across private jets, helicopters, yachts and luxury vehicles, ensuring every client experience meets rigorous standards of safety, efficiency and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows across all service lines, ensuring seamless coordination and on‑time execution.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with international partners, operators and fleet providers.
• Monitor service performance, resolve escalations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Optimise resource allocation, scheduling and vendor usage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with aviation, maritime, ground transport and safety regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of operational management experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel or transportation.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑end client service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
