Operations Manager - Plant Piping

About the role

The Operations Manager – Plant Piping will lead large‑scale oil & gas EPC projects, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of plant piping construction activities. This senior position is based on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant piping construction activities for major EPC projects.
• Oversee project execution, construction planning, manpower, subcontractors and resource allocation while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE requirements, QA/QC standards and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC and client teams to meet milestones, budget targets and successful project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in plant piping projects, preferably within EPC/contracting environments.
• Willingness to work on a site‑based assignment.
• GCC project experience highly preferred, especially with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, KNPC, KOC or QP/NOC.
