Operations Specialist – UAE (MAT Cover)

About the role

As an Operations Specialist you will ensure operational excellence across the UAE boutique network, maximising product availability and delivering outstanding service to boutiques and internal stakeholders. You will act as a trusted partner, balancing execution, inventory performance and continuous‑improvement initiatives to support business objectives and elevate the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for UAE boutiques on stock availability, replenishment, transfers, Firm Orders and operational requests.
• Build trusted relationships with boutique teams, communicate product shortages, delivery risks and recovery plans, and conduct regular boutique visits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as product availability, assortment completion, delivery lead time, open orders, Firm Order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
• Analyse inventory trends and operational data to identify risks, optimise assortment completion and coordinate stock transfers across the network.
• Manage end‑to‑end Firm Order process, support product launches, boutique openings, relocations and renovations.
• Execute operational processes within SAP (order management, invoicing, returns, stock adjustments) and act as SAP Key User for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in distribution operations, supply chain, inventory management or retail operations, preferably in luxury retail or a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical, customer‑focused and collaborative mindset with ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
• Capability to translate operational insights into actionable improvements.
