Operations Supervisor – AMZL & FC Operations (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead teams in both AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and Fulfillment Center environments in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily workflows, meeting high customer expectations, and driving continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across AMZL and FC sites, managing 30‑40 associates including supervisors, assistants, and delivery partners.
• Allocate labor, lead shift meetings, assign duties, and maintain strong organizational standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, applying lean techniques and analytical insights to streamline operations.
• Communicate performance metrics and exceptions to cross‑functional teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance with Amazon health‑and‑safety standards, and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
