Operations Supervisor – Fulfilment Center

About the role

Amazon Logistics is expanding its team in Abu Dhabi. As an Operations Supervisor you will lead shift activities in a first‑mile, middle‑mile or final‑mile fulfillment environment, ensuring orders move smoothly through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train and motivate associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline managers and adjust labor allocation to meet forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics challenges and drive process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large teams.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to lead by example and develop expertise in operational processes.
