Operations Support Executive (Emirati National)

About the role
Join ZF Group's Operations Department in Dubai as an Operations Support Executive. You will help ensure the smooth flow of materials, purchase orders, and logistics across the organization while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle internal purchasing inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Process and place local purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient operational workflows.
- Prepare and maintain operational and quality performance reports.
- Support the logistics team to optimise supply‑chain efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Emirati national with a family book.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
