Operator – Process Plant Operations

About the role

The Operator SCE is responsible for safely operating and monitoring process plant equipment in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Drilling’s operating procedures and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out operational work according to SOPs, performing routine equipment checks and reporting defects.
• Adjust and monitor speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates to support shutdown and start‑up operations.
• Receive chemicals, maintain stock registers, and prepare chemical batches while following HSE rules.
• Operate related machinery safely, obtain work permits, and supervise contractor activities.
• Act as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer during emergencies and prepare KPI checklists for management.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or secondary school certificate in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of plant operations experience in a large oil & gas industrial plant.
• Ability to work in an A/C environment and occasional outdoor site visits.
