Outbound Telesales Agent

About the role

As an Outbound Telesales Agent you will generate revenue by contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting the company’s products and services, and converting leads into sales. You will work in a high‑energy environment, meeting daily and monthly targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Manage leads, follow‑up, and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sale support and address customer inquiries or complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in telesales, call centre or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and time‑management abilities.
• Resilient, motivated and able to work under pressure.
