Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Hardware

About the role

La Decor LLC, a well‑established architectural hardware and building‑materials company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with building‑material shops, hardware traders, contractors and other customers across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to customers in assigned territories.
• Visit building‑material shops, hardware traders, contractors and related businesses.
• Generate new customers through cold visits, prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Promote architectural hardware, door hardware, furniture fittings and related products.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices within approved limits.
• Follow up enquiries, orders, payments and collections.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report market updates to the Sales Manager.
• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials or hardware.
• Existing contacts with building‑material shops, hardware traders or contractors is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑development skills.
• Target‑oriented, able to work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of the UAE building‑materials market preferred.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
