Sales Coordinator

About the role

Dmatics IT Solutions is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations in Dubai. The role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM data, preparing quotations, and coordinating meetings. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and the internal sales team to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers by phone and email regarding quotations and proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM records and track ongoing sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and organize the sales team’s calendars.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
• Handle sales administration tasks, purchase orders, and weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator.
• Previous IT or B2B industry experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is estimated.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Odoo, or Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
