Overseas Commercial Manager

About the role

Fuku is looking for an Overseas Commercial Manager based in Dubai. The role covers market analysis, business development, client and project management and sales target delivery for the overseas energy storage market, with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and plan the market: conduct in-depth research across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, identify target markets and clients, and formulate sales strategies.
• Develop regional market plans, drive key client projects and major initiatives, and support the development of regional offices.
• Maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, lead commercial negotiations and contract signing, and manage risks around order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Manage key accounts, resolve product issues and improve client satisfaction.
• Deliver assigned sales and profit margin targets, monitor sales progress and regularly study policies, competitors and technology trends to support product R&D and strategy.
• Organize and attend international exhibitions and seminars for product promotion.
• Work closely with sales, technical and delivery teams to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; Science, Engineering or related majors preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or management within the new energy industry.
• Experience in the energy storage sector is a plus.
• Proven track record in regional market expansion, client relationship management and project execution.
• Willingness to travel or be stationed long-term in Dubai, Turkey and Uzbekistan.

Required skills

• In-depth understanding of the new energy market in Turkey.
• Excellent client communication, commercial negotiation and account retention skills.
• Proficiency in English for daily business communication and written work; other local languages highly preferred.
