Paralegal Assistant – Corporate Services (French Speaker)

About the role

HBS Group, a diversified Dubai‑based firm, is seeking a French‑speaking Paralegal Assistant to support its Corporate Services team. This junior position is ideal for an organised individual eager to develop a career in corporate services, client management and advisory within the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Services team with daily client requirements and administrative tasks.
• Prepare, organise and file client documents, applications and supporting paperwork.
• Follow up with clients on pending documents and ensure KYC, compliance and banking documentation are complete.
• Maintain accurate client files and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to meet client requests.
• Support consultants with proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Assist with company formation and related corporate service tasks under senior guidance.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and refer them to the appropriate consultant.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal, corporate services or administrative role.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, follow‑up and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple client tasks and interacting with clients.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a commercial mindset.
