Part-Time Beauty Consultant (Emiratisation) - Sephora, Mirdif City Centre

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant for its Sephora store at Mirdif City Centre in Dubai. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, applies appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions and merchandising. The position is open to Emiratis.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong customer loyalty
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services
• Assess customer needs and advise them on the product ranges best suited to them
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets, using makeup knowledge; track sell-out targets at store level
• Generate daily sales reports and track post-launch sales at store level
• Take part in achieving incentives
• Keep counters clean, restock shelves and counters at the right times, and report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Receive stock according to set procedures and ensure merchandising meets brand guidelines

Required profile

• Ability to maintain high standards of grooming
• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus
