Part-Time Fashion Consultant – Kids Section (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Part‑Time Fashion Consultant for the Kids Around department at Dubai Mall. You will support sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience while contributing to the store’s CRM and customer‑experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure click‑and‑collect orders meet SLA.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support in‑store marketing events and activations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to SOPs.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.
