Part-Time Fashion Consultant (Menswear) - Tryano, Yas Mall

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 950 stores and 400 international brands, is hiring a part-time Fashion Consultant for Tryano (menswear) at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi. The position is open to Emiratisation candidates. The consultant helps achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store customer and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach and give pre-buying feedback on products
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and standard operating procedures, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives
• Support in-store marketing events, CX initiatives and sell-throughs, and give feedback on what works and what does not

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills
• Openness to Emiratisation
