Part-Time Menswear Fashion Consultant (Tryano, Yas Mall)

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a part-time Fashion Consultant for its Tryano menswear store at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store, and is open to Emiratisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to feed business reviews
• Build client relationships within an omni-channel approach and give pre-buying feedback on products
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives
• Support in-store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives, and contribute feedback on what works and what does not
• Drive sell-throughs within the store and follow brand social media campaigns

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills
• Openness to Emiratisation
