Partnerships Lead – Healthcare Business Development

About the role

As the Partnerships Lead for Healthcare, you will drive the expansion of Justlife’s home‑based healthcare services across the GCC. You will be responsible for creating new B2B channels, securing corporate, affiliate and wellness partners, and building a trusted network that brings quality care to families.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new B2B partnerships with corporate accounts, affiliates and wellness providers.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, positioning Justlife as the partner of choice.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that maximise revenue while ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Provide market insights and feedback to shape the healthcare vertical’s growth strategy.
• Report pipeline, partnership growth and market trends to senior management with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Healthcare sector experience or strong understanding of regulated, trust‑critical environments.
• Commercially driven, data‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑growing startup.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
