Partnerships Manager

About the role

As a Partnerships Manager at invygo, a car-leasing company, you will help drive growth across the UAE by building strategic partnerships, expanding the corporate customer base and strengthening market presence. You will work with stakeholders in the automotive, fleet and mobility sectors to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow strategic relationships with automotive dealerships and key industry partners across Saudi Arabia, and onboard new dealership partners to expand the vehicle supply network.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms, and develop strategies to reach vehicle acquisition and revenue targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for dealership partners and drive B2B sales and commercial partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and dealership performance, and consistently exceed revenue, acquisition and partnership growth targets.
• Oversee dealership payment processes and partner payables, monitor pricing, margins and profitability, and work with Finance on payment cycles and reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with Operations, Finance, Growth and Product teams, and represent invygo professionally in the UAE automotive ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive, fleet leasing or subscription landscape.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with deep knowledge of the UAE market.
• Preferred: prior experience in the automobile, car rental, hotel or airline industry.
