Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer

About the role

The Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer supports offshore crane operations by managing parts, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring SAP data accuracy. This role works closely with engineers, planners, and vendors to keep lifting equipment safe and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and verify spare parts for offshore cranes using OEM manuals, technical drawings, and API standards.
• Create and update SAP material master data, equipment records, BOMs, and maintenance task lists.
• Maintain technical records, certificates of conformity, and ISO 9001 documentation for cranes and accessories.
• Support procurement by coordinating with OEMs and suppliers for quotations and technical clarifications.
• Provide administrative assistance for maintenance planning and audit preparation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years experience with offshore cranes, lifting equipment, or heavy mechanical systems.
• Strong experience with SAP PM/MM in oil & gas or offshore environments.
• Knowledge of API 2C, LOLER, ISO 9001 and offshore maintenance practices.
