Parts Counter Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Parts Counter Representative to join our Aftersales team in Dubai. You will be the face of our parts business, delivering exceptional service while driving parts sales and supporting workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve parts sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross‑selling and promotion of accessories.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding parts requirements and recommending suitable maintenance solutions.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers and workshop teams to ensure timely parts availability and keep customers informed.
• Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations and customer records in SAP.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock control and inventory audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with an automotive background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in parts sales or operations.
• Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
