Patient Relations Executive (Arabic Speaking) – Jumeirah Village Circle

About the role

The Patient Relations Executive will be the primary point of contact for patients at Al-Futtaim Technologies, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. This Arabic‑speaking role combines customer service with coordination of clinical and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Manage patient appointments, follow‑ups and ensure timely communication.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with clinical and support teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with data‑protection and confidentiality standards.
• Promote HealthHub services and assist patients with insurance and billing queries.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient‑facing role within healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with healthcare management systems.
