Payroll Specialist

About the role

Abu Alnaga Development, a real estate developer based in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist. The specialist manages end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate payments to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll, keeping wage calculations, deductions and benefits accurate
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records
• Handle payroll taxes, statutory contributions and garnishments in line with applicable laws and company policies
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inquiries, support audits and reporting, and improve payroll processes

Required profile

• Strong skills in payroll administration and processing, including full-cycle payroll for diverse employee groups
• Expertise in payroll taxes and services, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and statutory reporting
• Experience handling garnishments and other payroll deductions according to legal and company guidelines
• Relevant experience in payroll or finance, preferably in real estate, construction or related industries
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and discretion with confidential information
• Effective communication and collaboration with HR, Finance and external stakeholders

• MS Excel, including data validation and reporting
