Personal Assistant to Senior Management (Global Asset Class Specialists)

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within the Global Asset Class Specialists (GAC) team. The role provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to GPS co‑heads, location heads and the broader management team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all organisational levels.
• Draft, edit and manage e‑mails, memos and internal communications for GPS senior management.
• Plan and coordinate business trips, including visa arrangements, flights, hotels, transfers and expense reporting.
• Organise internal and external meetings, handling all logistical details.
• Perform general administrative duties, maintain accurate records and reports.
• Handle sensitive data with discretion and ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding issues.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the team.

Required skills

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
