Personal Concierge Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as a Personal Concierge Agent and become the face of hospitality for our guests. You will create memorable experiences by anticipating and fulfilling special requests for both regular and VIP visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests in the lobby, acting as the primary point of contact for all guest needs.
• Brief hotel departments on guest requirements and coordinate with security, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams.
• Provide dedicated service to long‑stay and VIP guests, ensuring comfort and personalized attention throughout their stay.
• Collect guest preferences, update profiles, and use this information to tailor experiences and identify upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, following Waldorf Astoria service standards.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain facilities, and ensure high‑quality delivery of services.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, checklists, and report maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in concierge, guest services, or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to assist other departments when staffing is limited.
