About the role
We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join the BVLGARI Resort Dubai’s spa team. The role involves assessing guests’ fitness levels, designing personalized exercise programs, and delivering high‑quality fitness counseling in a luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess individual exercise programs and fitness levels to create personalized workout plans.
- Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and ensure safe exercise practices.
- Register, schedule, and coordinate recreation activities for guests, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor equipment condition, report maintenance needs, and ensure the recreation area is stocked with supplies.
- Uphold facility rules, promote guest safety, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of fitness staff.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant personal training or fitness experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
