Pharmacist – Hospital/Clinic Pharmacy (Emirati Talent)

About the role

Mediclinic Dubai Mall is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. The role involves delivering safe, professional and cost‑effective pharmaceutical services to patients and the public while complying with patient‑safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications with accurate labeling and provide clear instructions on usage, dosage and any relevant precautions.
• Maintain medication stock levels and storage conditions in the pharmacy and ward areas according to company standards and best practice.
• Process patient billing accurately and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Implement JCIA standards for pharmacy operations and adhere to UAE healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Apply patient‑experience principles and stock‑control best practices to optimise service delivery.

Required profile

• B.Pharm degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and JCIA pharmacy standards.

Required skills

• Medication dispensing and labeling.
• Pharmacy stock management.
• Patient billing procedures.
• Knowledge of JCIA standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
