Physiotherapist – Al Ain

About the role

The Physiotherapist will join Orthoplus Bone & Joint Center in Al Ain, delivering patient‑focused rehabilitation services in line with NMC‑Orthoplus philosophy and professional standards. The role involves direct patient care, supervision of assistants, and active participation in multidisciplinary team activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical problems and develop individualized treatment programmes.
• Provide physiotherapy for joint and spinal conditions, especially post‑surgery, and support rehabilitation after accidents, injuries or strokes.
• Supervise and instruct physiotherapy assistants and aides, ensuring quality of care.
• Document patient case notes, reports, and collect statistical data.
• Educate patients and carers on condition prevention and improvement.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment, coordinate supply orders, and ensure evidence‑based treatments.
• Record and report any adverse clinical events and contribute to quality‑management activities.
• Comply with OSH policies, attend safety trainings, and participate in risk‑assessment and audit processes.
• Support business continuity initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Commitment to NMC‑Orthoplus policies, standards and ethical practice.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education and update physiotherapy techniques.
• Readiness to follow OSH instructions, use protective equipment and report hazards.
