Planning & Reporting Manager – Automotive Aftersales

About the role

The Planning & Reporting Manager supports the Aftersales Director by delivering accurate business planning, performance reporting and management information. The role drives dashboard development, KPI tracking and ERP reporting optimisation across multiple Aftersales sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve Aftersales dashboards, management reports, KPI trackers and performance analyses.
• Consolidate data from multiple sites to report on operational, financial and customer performance.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and target‑setting processes.
• Analyse variances, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in ERP implementation, defining reporting requirements, data validation and post‑implementation improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business planning, MIS, reporting, financial analysis or performance management, preferably in automotive aftersales or multi‑site service environments.
