About the role
The Plumber will handle minor plumbing issues and perform routine maintenance within the hotel environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Unclog drains, plunge toilets, and repair leaky spigots and faucets.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Adhere to company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
- Assist with moving and lifting objects up to 100 pounds when needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior plumbing experience required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and climbing stairs.
