PM Delivery Specialist – Plant Support

About the role

The PM Delivery Specialist – Plant Support will lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects within the corporate applications and technology domain. This role ensures projects align with business objectives, adhere to governance standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workgroups to achieve defined goals and outcomes, providing guidance on collaborative problem solving.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules with business priorities and continuously update plans to reflect changes and risks.
• Identify, assess and document project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establish clear communication channels, facilitate status updates, meetings and governance reviews.
• Support change management activities, preparing end‑users for transition and delivering training materials.
• Track project KPIs, prepare dashboards, status reports and executive summaries.
