About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide essential on‑site and remote support for approximately 100 end users in Dubai Media City. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, managing hardware and software, and handling mobile and AV equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Set up and support audio‑visual equipment for meetings and events.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE freelance permit/licence or UAE citizenship.
Required skills
- Desktop support experience.
- Hardware installation and maintenance.
- Software installation and maintenance.
- Mobile device and application support.
- Network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Audio‑visual equipment support.
