PMC Site Coordinator – ADNOC Onshore Project

About the role

We are seeking a PMC Site Coordinator to support the ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and involves overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site operations for the ADNOC on‑shore project.
• Monitor work execution to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Report progress, issues and corrective actions to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience on on‑shore oil and gas projects, preferably with ADNOC or similar clients.
• Strong understanding of project specifications and HSE regulations.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ADNOC standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
