PMO Manager – Building Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead our construction PMO across multiple high‑rise building projects in the UAE. The role involves overseeing contracts, budgets, schedules and coordination with authorities and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMO operations for several building construction projects.
• Formalize, review and manage construction contracts and project documentation.
• Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets and cost estimates.
• Identify and resolve design and project gaps during planning and execution.
• Coordinate communication with government authorities, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables and construction schedules.
• Prepare project execution plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Track cost‑to‑complete, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Implement cost control measures and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a PMO Manager on building construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, cost control and project planning.
• Experience working with consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
