Pool Attendant – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Pool Attendant will join the team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel situated on the Red Sea coast. Working in Ras Al Khaimah, you will ensure that guests enjoy a safe, clean and memorable pool experience while upholding the hotel’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests using the pool facilities with a warm, professional attitude.
• Monitor the pool area continuously to guarantee guest safety and compliance with hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the pool, surrounding furniture and deck areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve any pool‑related issues quickly.
• Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus.
• Currently residing in the UAE.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pool safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with luxury service protocols.
