Portfolio Manager

About the role

Survitec Group Ltd., a global leader in survival technology, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the commercial performance, strategy and lifecycle of its Fire and Lifeboat portfolio. The role carries global responsibility and will shape how the portfolio grows by combining market insight with product, service pricing and channel strategy. You will work across product management, engineering, sales and operations to translate market opportunities into clear portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end strategy across products, services and rental offerings aligned with growth objectives.
• Set positioning and value propositions covering product, price, place/channels and promotion.
• Own the full lifecycle from concept through introduction, growth, maturity and decline, managing end‑of‑life decisions with minimal customer disruption.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics such as revenue, margin, mix and service attach rate.
• Establish pricing strategy, maintain price lists and conduct annual price reviews to balance margin, competitiveness and compliance.
• Design and optimise offering propositions based on customer, market and competitive research.
• Run voice‑of‑customer programs and feed insights into product lifecycle management.
• Review and evaluate new offering or variant requests (CDF) and ensure alignment with portfolio strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to define and execute portfolio strategy on a global scale.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across product management, engineering, sales and operations teams.
