Pre-Sales Coordinator

About the role

RoboHub.ae is hiring a Pre-Sales Coordinator in Dubai. The role supports the sales pipeline by handling outbound calls, lead qualification, quotation preparation, customer follow-up, product presentations and CRM management. It moves potential customers from enquiry to quotation and supports opportunities until closure, with a clear progression path into a Sales Executive position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads: make outbound calls, follow up on new and existing enquiries, and understand each customer's requirements, budget, timeline and intended use.
• Generate new prospects through approved databases, LinkedIn, email, referrals and other outreach methods.
• Prepare and send approved quotations and follow up on them, answering basic product and commercial questions and moving opportunities toward meetings, demonstrations, negotiation or closure.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations explaining robot features, applications and benefits, and attend and coordinate online and offline customer meetings, including showroom visits and client visits.
• Schedule demonstrations and meetings and coordinate with sales, technical, logistics and project teams.
• Record calls, requirements, quotations, meetings and opportunity status accurately in the CRM and keep active prospects documented.

Required profile

• Valid UAE residence visa or Golden Visa.
• Previous experience in telesales, pre-sales, customer service, inside sales or business development is preferred.
• Comfortable working with weekly call, quotation, lead-generation and follow-up targets.
• Interest in a long-term career in B2B sales and business development.

Required skills

• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong data-entry and CRM skills.
• Able to explain product information clearly to customers.
• Strong follow-up discipline, organisation and attention to detail.
