Presales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Presales Engineer to join B3 International in the United Arab Emirates. In this role you will bridge the gap between our technical teams and customers, ensuring that proposals meet all technical and commercial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review customer inquiries, RFQs and tender documents.
• Analyse technical requirements and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from scratch.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support team to validate solutions and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical data sheets, catalogues and product documentation.
• Support the sales team with pricing, cost sheets and commercial calculations.
• Draft technical compliance statements aligned with client and tender specifications.
• Develop pricing templates, cost models and proposal formats.
• Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking and the creation of technical marketing materials.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, technical support or estimation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, IT or related).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Interpretation of drawings, specifications and technical scopes.
• Preparation of BOQs, pricing and cost sheets.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and technical documentation.
