Presales ITAM & Digital Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Presales Solution Sales Specialist you will support the UAE and Qatar sales teams in designing and positioning IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Publisher Advisory and FinOps solutions. You will combine technical expertise, commercial insight and customer‑engagement skills to help organisations optimise software investments, manage compliance risk and maximise business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and design ITAM, SAM, Publisher Advisory, FinOps and Digital Supply Chain solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Lead technical and commercial responses for RFP, RFI and RFQ opportunities, including entitlement analysis and optimisation business cases.
• Deliver customer presentations, solution demonstrations and value‑led narratives focused on compliance, licensing optimisation and portfolio rationalisation.
• Develop and defend commercial proposals, pricing models and managed‑service offerings for ITAM and FinOps engagements.
• Advise customers on major publisher licensing programmes and support audit, compliance and risk‑mitigation initiatives.

Required profile

• Multiple years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Publisher Advisory, presales or technical sales support.
• Deep knowledge of major publisher licensing models such as Microsoft Volume Licensing, IBM Passport Advantage, Oracle and SAP.
• Proven track record supporting RFP/RFI responses, business case development and commercial proposal defence in enterprise or public‑sector accounts.
• Advanced analytical and financial‑modelling capabilities to quantify optimisation, compliance and FinOps outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
