Preschool Teacher (English & Arabic) – Dubai

About the role

Green Grass Nursery is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to deliver bilingual English and Arabic early years education in Manara, Dubai. The successful candidate will join a British‑style, KHDA‑approved setting that follows the EYFS framework and the Reggio Emilia approach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for children aged 1‑5.
• Conduct regular observations, maintain accurate development records, and produce assessment reports.
• Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times.
• Build professional relationships with parents and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum and nursery events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Cache Level 3 qualification (minimum requirement).
• Strong understanding of EYFS standards and child development.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an early years setting.
• Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum and conducting observations, assessments, and reporting.
