Principal - Procurement and Sourcing Governance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to lead Procurement Governance and Sourcing across our global operations. The role ensures compliance with the Global Procurement Policy, drives data‑based risk assessments, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Governance, Risk & Compliance: test procurement processes, identify anomalies, report findings, and develop fraud‑risk strategies.
• Process Excellence & Optimization: review KPIs, benchmark costs, analyse bottlenecks, and standardise procurement operations.
• Risk Mitigation & Sourcing Support: guide risk mitigation initiatives, provide due‑diligence during sourcing sprints, and monitor partner activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: build relationships with OPCO champions, deliver training, and coordinate system capability enhancements.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in supply‑chain governance, process excellence or procurement.
• Proven experience working across multiple global regions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
