Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

A leading regional private banking institution is expanding its UAE Private Banking team and seeks experienced Relationship Managers to acquire, manage, and develop high‑net‑worth client relationships while delivering tailored wealth management and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client needs and recommend investment, lending, cash management, and wealth‑structuring solutions.
• Acquire new clients and assets, contributing to the growth objectives of the Private Banking business.
• Maintain regular client engagement through reviews, portfolio discussions, and market updates.
• Collaborate with investment specialists, product teams, and support functions to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, KYC, AML, and internal policy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of private banking or wealth management experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing HNW/UHNW client relationships and business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Established client coverage and network within the UAE market.
