About the role

We are seeking a Remote Private Equity Investment Associate to evaluate and execute investment opportunities in high‑growth technology businesses for a global investment platform. The role blends rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring to support strategic capital deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for technology sector deals.
• Lead due‑diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to structure transactions, negotiate terms, and present investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, track key metrics, and prepare quarterly updates for stakeholders.
• Source new investment opportunities through networking, market research, and engagement with entrepreneurs and intermediaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development within technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and negotiations.
• Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or other high‑growth technology business models.
