Private Household Butler – Abu Dhabi

About the role

A confidential organization is looking for an experienced Butler to manage the daily service and operational needs of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on Butler duties with leadership of household staff, ensuring the principal, family members and guests receive impeccable, discreet service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized Butler service to the principal, family and guests.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff including housekeeping, drivers, cooks and gardeners.
• Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on housekeeping, maintenance and operational issues.
• Manage inventories, purchasing, deliveries and external service providers.
• Prepare the residence for arrivals, oversee formal and informal dining, and support private events.
• Monitor maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely completion.
• Handle household expenses, purchasing records and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of Butler experience in a private household, luxury residence or ultra‑luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs, maintain discretion and uphold high standards of professionalism.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
