Process Coordinator / System Administrator

About the role

The Process Coordinator/System Administrator will serve as the primary link between QA, operations teams, and the application developer for a web‑based inspection and certification platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and consolidate system issues, improvement requests and functional gaps from inspectors and section heads.
• Track day‑to‑day system issues related to inspection reports, certificates, workflows and data accuracy.
• Follow up with the developer on bug fixes, enhancements and deployment updates.
• Support inspectors in the correct use of the application and ensure adherence to defined processes.
• Map operational processes into system tasks, workflows and user requirements, and participate in user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and field teams.
• Good understanding of business processes, operational workflows and basic QA/document control concepts.
• Experience in inspection, certification, QA or compliance‑driven environments is an advantage.
