Process Excellence & Process Intelligence Expert

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Process Excellence & Process Intelligence Expert to lead enterprise‑wide process improvement, governance, and transformation initiatives for a leading organization in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise process architecture, governance frameworks and ownership models.
• Lead process mapping, assessments, standardisation and optimisation across the organisation.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps and automation/AI opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Establish process documentation, SOPs, RACI matrices and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Create process intelligence dashboards, KPIs and continuous‑improvement roadmaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in process excellence, business transformation or management consulting.
• Proven track record in enterprise process architecture, governance and business process redesign.
• Experience in large, complex organisations, preferably in transportation, logistics, infrastructure or asset‑intensive sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
