Procurement Coordinator – Supplier Onboarding & Systems Data

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will lead supplier onboarding and manage systems data for ground and cargo purchasing activities. You will ensure that all procurement actions align with Veloras' best interests and comply with established policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate and execute medium‑complexity purchasing and sourcing tasks following company policies.
• Negotiate with recurring suppliers to improve service, quality and value for money.
• Prepare and manage RFP/RFQ documentation, collect quotations, analyse proposals and monitor contract terms.
• Review draft contracts with the Procurement Manager and produce executive summaries for internal approval.
• Liaise with suppliers to gather required information and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor market trends, new products and suppliers to propose cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end contracting process, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to develop accurate, risk‑mitigated contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with ground and cargo systems and aircraft maintenance requirements.
• Strong analytical, report‑writing and data‑analysis capabilities.
