Procurement Executive – Media & Marketing

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead category and sourcing strategies for Media & Marketing across Al Futtaim Group divisions, managing high‑value projects and a spend of over AED 100 million while ensuring compliance with group procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive sourcing strategies for Media & Marketing, linking them to measurable cost‑saving and risk‑mitigation targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for complex initiatives, selecting appropriate negotiation tactics.
• Negotiate, structure and manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts, coordinating with Legal and Finance.
• Monitor procurement compliance, identify root causes of non‑compliance and drive risk‑mitigation actions.
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, providing fact‑based recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop Procurement Executives to build team capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (required); MBA or recognized procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous.
• 4‑5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing, preferably in Marketing/Advertising.
• Proven track record of leading strategic sourcing projects and managing key supplier relationships.
