Procurement Manager – 12K Monthly Salary

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality, compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, purchasing and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality and service standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures and governance requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 8–10 years of procurement experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in high-volume procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier management within large organisations or multinational companies.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus.
