About the role
The Procurement Manager will lead and manage procurement activities for a major ADNOC offshore project, ensuring materials, equipment and services are procured in line with project requirements, procedures, contractual obligations, schedule and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall procurement activities throughout project execution.
- Develop and oversee implementation of project procurement strategies and plans.
- Monitor EPC contractor procurement activities to ensure alignment with requirements and schedules.
- Manage strategic sourcing and support contractor/vendor selection.
- Coordinate with engineering, contracts, logistics and construction functions to support timely delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Extensive procurement and supply chain experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong experience as a Procurement Manager or Lead on major EPC or PMC projects.
- Significant exposure to offshore oil & gas projects, preferably with ADNOC.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
